Create the Zoom Room in the web portal or if the Zoom Room has already been created go to Room Management > Zoom Rooms. Retrieve the Activation Code for the Zoom Room. Note: An email will be sent to the Account Owner, with the Activation Code as well. Open the Zoom Rooms app on the Zoom Rooms Controller tablet. The computer will display a pairing code. Enter this code on the controller. On the Zoom Rooms Controller, tap Enter Activation Code.

If you’ve selected Passcodes - Zoom Rooms and controllers running versions 4.5.0 or higher that have calendar integration and “Bypass the Passcode when joining meetings from meeting list” enabled can join a meeting from the meeting list, without needing to manually enter the meeting Passcode.

If you’re joining a meeting with another company, they will need to have registered a company URL with Zoom. This is generally <companyname>.zoom.us, but check with the host to make sure. Once you have the company URL, go to it in your browser of choice.

By default, meetings are assigned a random passcode. You can update the passcode to one of your choosing. Sign in to the Zoom web portal. In the navigation menu, click Meetings. Click the topic of the meeting you would like to update the passcode for. Click Edit this Meeting. In the Security section, edit the passcode. You can also enable Waiting Room.

Enter the meeting ID and pairing code. Click Connect. Pairing a codec to a meeting as an admin. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an Admin. Click User Management, then click Users. Search, and click on the email address of the user who owns the meeting. Click Meetings, then Upcoming Meetings. Click Pairing next to the meeting, the codec is trying to join.

Open the Zoom mobile app. If you have not downloaded the Zoom mobile app yet, you can download it from the Google Play Store. Join a meeting using one of these methods: Tap Join a Meeting if you want to join without signing in. Sign in to Zoom then tap Join. Enter the meeting ID number and your display name.
