Visit xfinity.com and click the Email or Voice icon in the screen’s top-right corner. Enter your Xfinity ID and password and click Sign In. After signing in, you'll be redirected to Xfinity Connect, your dashboard for Comcast email and voicemail service. Access your email account by clicking Mail or your voicemail by clicking Voice.

I cannot access my Xfinity Email. Every time I login and click on mail, the Xfinity Connect loading page briefly comes up and then kicks me back to the Xfinity homepage. I have tried on multiple devices, pc's, and browsers. When I login to my work's Xfinity account on the same devices xfinity connect works just fine. Question.

I am logged in to the Comcast/Xfinity homepage. I see the little envelope at the top of the page with 99+ in red. ( guess this means I have 99+ unread emails). If I click on this envelope I get a page that says "Welcome to Xfinity Connect. We are now loading your email". Then after a few seconds it just goes back to the Comcast/Xfinity homepage.
