Sari Maritta Baldauf (o.s. Niiranen, s. 10. elokuuta 1955 Kotka) on Nokian entinen varatoimitusjohtaja. Baldauf on valmistunut kauppatieteiden maisteriksi Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulusta vuonna 1979. Hän toimi Nokian palveluksessa vuodesta 1983 vuoden 2004 joulukuuhun. Johtokunnan jäseneksi hän tuli vuonna 1994.
