From the File tab, select + Add Account or Account Settings -> Account Settings. Enter your information in the Add Account dialog box: full name, complete email address, and password you use for that account. Click Next. Your account will automatically be configured. Click Finish. You’ll be notified when the configuration is complete. Click OK.

Under Sign-in preferences, select Change sign-in preferences. Either select the check boxes next to the aliases you want to use to sign in, or clear the check boxes for the aliases that you don’t want to use to sign in, and then select Save.

Sign in to your primary account in Outlook for iOS or Android. Tap the Add Account button in the left navigation pane, then tap Add a Shared Mailbox . If you have multiple accounts in Outlook Mobile, select the account that has permissions to access the shared mailbox.

You can also add an email address in Outlook.com and send email from that address. Send email from a different email address. In the compose window, select > Show From to see the From line.
