    a year ago. I have a thread going also only I can get to the login screen after 3-5 minutes waiting for it to populate. Once populated and password is entered it takes 7-10 minutes to pop the actual manager screen then says session timed out. This has been an issue with me for better than six months and multiple calls.

    2 Messages. 3 years ago. This issue still is not solved after over a year. We have been on the phone & chats many times with no resolution. It is important to be able to run updates, check messages, edit passwords, check devices & etc. It would be nice to be able to manage this box through the "AT&T Wireless Internet Manager" as the manual says.
