BlackRock, Inc. announced that it expects to close its acquisition of GIP, a leading global infrastructure investor, on October 1, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions. The transaction will result in BlackRock becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of New BlackRock, which will delist from the NYSE and deregister its 2025 Notes.
