i cant open support inbox from anywhere. tried opening it from desktop , from mobile browser and also from mobile facebook app. The page just simply doesnt load and says something went wrong. i have recently reported a facebook id which should be closed for that reason i need to access support inbox

Click on the three little lines next to the word “Inbox” to see your folders. You’ll now see three options in the top of your Inbox: On the left (with the zigzag icon) is your Messenger inbox. In the Middle is your new Facebook “universal” inbox which includes your Page and any linked Groups.
