The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at USAA (Plano, TX) in Jul 2015. Interview. I applied through a staffing agency. It took 2-3 weeks. First had a phone screening interview for 30 minutes. Basic Java questions were asked, Then a week later was called for face to face interview. The process lasted for 4-5 hours.
