    Pros: Friendly and helpful crew Cons: Our baggage missed the connection in HK, which was predictable. Cathay Pacific did not need to keep us and several others waiting nearly an hour in Siem Reap to find out that this was the case. The ground agent was helpful however in sorting this out.
